We are dedicated to connecting skilled caregivers with those in need but also to supporting residents, including veterans, individuals re-entering society, and those experiencing homelessness, by offering stability, housing, and opportunities for a fresh start.
Services Include
General Care Services
As apart of your dedicated care team it is our goal to provide diverse care that allows you or your loved one to receive a variety of care. We can help with meal preparation, cooking, laundry, light housekeeping, personal care (bathing, etc.), medication reminders, accompany to doctor and other appointments, companionship, and helping with activities of daily living (ADLs).
Specialized Services
Our dedicated team also is able to provide specialized care for those who are needing care tailored to a diagnosis. Our team is able to help with metabolic diagnosis such as diabetes care and support. We are also able to support cognitive diagnosis such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia care. Brown Staffing Plus’s team is also able to support you and your family with hospice support to ensure you and your family have what you need.

Founded by a Certified Nursing Assistant with years of hands-on experience, our agency is built on respect, reliability, and personalized care. We proudly serve seniors, adults with disabilities, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space for every individual we support.

Our Team
Our staff are trained, compassionate caregivers. For your peace of mind- every team member is carefully selected, background-checked, and trained to provide dependable care that meets each client’s unique needs. Our diverse team includes certified to administrative care staff. Brown Staffing Plus hires Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Administrative and Care Coordination staff.
Our qualified staff all have active licensure in the State of Wisconsin and Nevada. Brown Staffing Plus requires our staff to be screened, bonded and insured and CPR & First Aid Certificated. All staff member have the ability to take and record vital signs, the ability to give medication. Our caring staff has experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting, and can handle stressful situations calmly. With these qualifications, we are a trusted partner in your care team.
